At Hotel Paramount Inn, we strive to provide a seamless and transparent booking experience for our guests. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making your reservation.
1. Cancellation Policy

For Individual Bookings:

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the booking amount.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in date will incur a one-night charge.

No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

For Group Bookings (3 or more rooms):

Cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will result in a 50% charge.

No-shows are non-refundable.

2. Refund Policy

All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment.

If payment was made via third-party booking platforms, refunds will be processed as per their respective policies.

Any transaction or service charges levied by the bank/payment gateway are non-refundable.
3. Early Departure

If a guest chooses to check out before the scheduled departure date, one-night's stay will be charged as an early departure fee unless informed 24 hours in advance.
4. Non-Refundable Rates

Some promotional or special rates may be marked as non-refundable. In such cases, no refund will be applicable, regardless of cancellation time.
5. Modification of Reservation

Date changes are subject to room availability and applicable rates. Please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
